Employing software testing methods can have its disadvantages. For one, it can cause undesirable delays in releasing a newly developed software. Despite this, however, software testing is still employed by most software developing companies. Aside from the fact that software testing is part of the standard protocols in software development strategy that should be observed, there are a number of benefits that can outweigh the delays that can be caused by software testing. The following are reasons why software testing is crucial when developing a new software:

Software testing will help ensure that the new software that will be released will work. Through software testing, developers will be able to find out whether there are technical problems in a particular software before it is released. This will help ensure that the software end- users will be purchasing is working properly. Software testing also ensures that the software that is being released by its manufacturer has passed standard quality tests.

Software testing helps avoid the damages that can be resulted in by software programs with technical problems. Most people and business organizations now rely on computer technology to accomplish their tasks. Using computers can prove to make tasks easier and more efficient. Computer tasks are operated through installed software programs which entails that the software that should be released will function efficiently. Otherwise, costly damages such as wrongful financial calculations among business organizations can be resulted. Tools for software testing are therefore very important as they help ensure that softwares function properly and costly mistakes caused by faulty softwares can be avoided.

Software testing will help avoid the hassles and cost that may be caused by faulty softwares that have been released in the market. When softwares that have not gone through software testing are sold in the market, it is not unlikely that there would be technical issues that can arise from the software usage. This may have costly result particularly when a software is used in applications that are crucial in the operation of business organizations. Developers of the software will also be required to troubleshoot the problem which can also result in them to spend more correcting the technical problems in their softwares that were released without standard software quality testing.

Software testing is considered as a necessary and important process in software development. This explains why reputable software developers ensure quality software testing in their quality control processes. Software testing will help ensure that the new software that will be released will work. Software testing helps avoid the damages that can be resulted in by software programs with technical problems and software testing will help avoid the hassles and costs that may be caused by faulty softwares that have been released in the market.

The legal requirements for regular testing of all electrical equipment in work environments and public places have made testing a major growth area for electricians over recent years. Many staff members without electrical training, such as maintenance staff and caretakers, are also being nominated by their employers to carry out electrical safety testing.

Shocks from electrical installations or equipment may lead to falls from heights. Electrical workers are not the only workers at risk, any workers using poorly installed or faulty appliances are at risk from shocks or fires. This means that, although the currently recommended portable appliance testing techniques, record keeping and test frequencies are considered to be best practice for ensuring electrical equipment is properly maintained, they are not ‘legal requirements’.

The Electricity at Work Regulations place a legal responsibility on employers, employees and self-employed persons to comply with the provisions of the regulations and take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that no danger results from the use of such equipment. This therefore requires the implementation of a systematic and regular program of maintenance, inspection and testing.

A comprehensive PAT testing training course will include details of legislation, electrical shock, burn and fire hazards, user checks, formal visual inspections, combined inspection and testing, construction of Class 1, II & III portable electrical appliances, fuse ratings, electrical plugs, testing computers, ICT / IT equipment, power tools, IEC cords & extension leads.

Good training courses should also include things such as record keeping, test results and labeling with the pass and fail pat testing labels.

Specialist training in the testing of sensitive IT equipment and appliances with mains filters would be a necessity for some roles.

Training courses are put in place so you can learn the procedures for pat testing, and the use of PAT testing equipment. The student will also be able to test safely, and without harm to others once the training is complete.

Pat testing is an important health and safety issue, you can find more information at pat testing or pat testing info

Before we begin with today’s topic….

Are you testing and optimizing your website?

Yes?

If yes….how often?

On-going basis or a one time basis?

Daily?

Weekly?

If your answer to the above mention is a NO.

Read on to see if you can find the reason/s why you’re not testing and optimizing your website.

* I don’t have the time or resource to commit in testing and optimizing my website.

Sounds familiar ? Instead of saying you don’t have the time or resource, have you tried justifying the returns on having invest your precious time and resources into testing and optimizing your website ? Why not try monetizing the potential revenue gain or lost to the management, should they fail to take action. To begin with, you could try starting testing small or particular areas of your website and show the improvements to the people involved and try to get them to recognize the benefits of testing and optimization.

* Thinking that all visitors to your website are similar.

The most dangerous thought to harbor is thinking that all the visitors coming to your website have similar surfing habits and behavior. Similarly for consumer products from around the world, even if the products are similar in function, there is still a need to adapt the products accordingly to the local needs and wants.

* Arrogance – Thinking that your competitors are slow to change and catching up.

* Thinking that the web channel is just another corporate brochure.

More “NO /s” I left out?

Or more “NO /s” to share with us?

Time to test and optimize?

Or?

Do you know that you are a unique person? Do you believe that? Or you think that you are one of the billions in the world? Do you appreciate your unique qualities? Do you know about your true potential? Let us quiz and find out.

Quiz- do you know that you are unique? All of us are unique. No face is same as any other face in the world. No fingerprints are same as other fingerprints. You are a unique person with qualities that are not with others. You are truly a unique person. Please remember that at all the times.

Quiz- do you appreciate your unique qualities? You have some unique qualities. It is seen that all of us recognize the uniqueness of others, but cannot recognize our own qualities.

Why not make a list of all your qualities. Separate out the qualities that you think can be further developed and help you achieve more in life. For example, you might be a good speaker. Have you ever considered becoming a professional in that? You may be a good painter, or a carpenter, or a good designer and so on. The point is to recognize that and develop a quality that can help you reach high in life with that.

Quiz – your ambitions. Please write down your goals, think about them. Are you aiming to reach very high or your goals are very moderate? Please revise your goals. Make them realistic but raise the bar high. Unless we extract our full potential to reach high goals, how shall we achieve great feats in life?

The author, C.D. Mohatta writes for fun quizzes and fun tests at http://www.funquizcards.com/ on topics like love, personality, dating, relationships, friendship, movies, tv, music, business, etc. With reference to above article, you can try the quiz – What is your confidence quotient? He also write for http://www.ecarduniverse.com/ – it has free ecards on holidays, birthday, love, friendship, family, expressions, celebrations and all events and occasions.

Testing your website’s copy is very important. By tweaking different parts (such as your headline, first paragraph, call to action, etc), you can raise your conversion rate – the percentage of visitors who make a purchase, opt in, or provide any other desired action.

This will mean more results for the same level of traffic.

There are basically two types of testing you can do on your website: split testing or multi-variate. In this part, we will cover split testing. In part 2, we will look at multi-variate testing.

Most internet marketers probably use split testing.

With split testing, you change one part of your web page (for example, the headline) while keeping the rest of the page constant. You then send equal amounts of traffic randomly to each alternative page, and see which headline results in the most conversions.

The advantage of split testing is that it is easy to implement. Just create N number of alternative web pages that are identical except for the part to be tested. Then, on your actual page, use javascript and the rand() function to randomly forward 1/N users to each alternative page.

For example, if you want to test 4 headlines at a time for www.mydomain.com/salespage.html, create pages www.mydomain.com/salespage1.html, www.mydomain.com/salespage2.html, etc. Then have salespage.html redirect 1/4 of your traffic to each alternative page.

The disadvantage to split testing is that you can only test one variable at a time. It might take many months of testing / tweaking parts of your sales page before your page starts to reach its optimal conversion rate. This will result in a lot of missed sales.

The HGH industry is full of fraudulent claims and cheap quality products which not only is extremely harmful to you and your loved one’s health but can also rob you off a good sum of money.

So these are the top 6 things to check out while buying HGH to ensure that you don’t fall prey to the numerous FAKE Human Growth Hormone dealers lurking on the internet.

1. Look out for the ingredients on the HGH product. If the ingredients are not displayed on the pack, you be rest assured that the product does not contain HGH at all and hence the vendor is keeping the ingredients a secret. Such fraudulent HGH marketers market their products using words such as Releaser, Precursor, Secretagogues and Stacked Aminos.

2. If the ingredients are displayed on the pack, make sure that it contains HGH. Some sprays are available in liquefied forms of human growth hormone that contains no real hgh.

3.	Beware of the word Nanogram. They are highly illegal hgh operations.

4. HGH companies that uses FDA (Food and drug administration) approved labs indicates a higher level of quality and dependability.

5. Look for fast shipment options, an HGH company that will take and process your order (including delivery) within 24-48 hrs is usually the best one to choose.

6. All and any genuine HGH company will back their products with satisfied user testimonials, quality assurance certificates and a full 100% money back guarantee, simply no questions asked.

So the next time before you purchase HGH, make sure that you are buying the right thing and from the right people. Being a bit more cautious while buying the human growth hormone will prevent you from serious health hazards.

Michael Harvey is a nationally ranked tennis player and retired professional athlete operating informative and nutritional websites. He is also an expert in the HGH industry and provides expert and extensive research on his HGH and moringa websites.

Congratulations on taking another step towards a high school diploma. However, if you are looking for an online high school to get your diploma, you will need to know something about accreditation and why it is an important part of your decision on which school to choose.

Accreditation is a term generally used to refer to an institution that has had a good review of its operations and has met a set of certain standards set by a governing board or society. The main purpose of accreditation for a high school is to establish that the learning offered is legal and of good sound quality.

Following are the major benefits that you receive from choosing an accredited high school:

• Confidence that the institution is globally recognized and meets certain quality educational standards.

• An assurance that diplomas awarded by this accredited high school will provide the all benefits associated with diplomas of higher education (like the ability to apply for college or a new job.)

• The ability to know that one’s educational documents will have global recognition and acceptance.

Many online high schools may look appealing, but if they are not accredited, then you can find a better choice, like Belford High School. They are not only accredited, but also give credit for past experiences and education.

However, no matter what online high school that you choose, as long as it has proper accreditation, you can be happy to finally have the diploma that you deserve and move towards a brighter future.

Because air compressors are so frequently used in manufacturing plants and other industries and because they have the potential to be dangerous to work with, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) is the governing body concerning air compressors. The ASME is responsible for quality and safety assurance on most air compressors and air compressor parts. Although not all air compressor parts are tested by the ASME, it is recommended that you purchase those that have been.

A variety of online stores carry air compressor parts. In addition, you can probably find a local dealer that sells both industrial grade and home-use air compressor parts. Filters, hoses and separators are among the most commonly purchased air compressor parts and can be purchased at many locations.

Safety and quality of products should be the first concern when buying air compressor parts. A faulty compressor or internal part can mean the difference in a high-level of safety and the potential for creating hazardous conditions. Parts and accessories for air compressors should be tested for quality and preferably certified by the ASME. In many states, it is illegal to sell air compressors and air compressor parts that are not certified by this organization.

A simple Internet search can be a great place to start looking for air compressor parts. If you type “”air compressor parts”" into a search engine, you will get a return of hundreds, if not thousands, of relevant links. Many of these companies offer not only parts and accessories, but also service for your air compressor, should the need arise. You must know the make, model and manufacturer of the compressor that needs parts as some parts are designed specifically for certain models and are not compatible with others.

If you take the time to carefully research your options, you are certain to find high quality air compressor parts at discount prices. The age of the Internet has opened up new doors for consumers and you should take advantage of that. These companies are competing for your business, so research the ones who offer what you need.

There are types of people and there are types of problems. So, for all them, there are types of solutions too. For the bad credit holders who are at times denied of loan favours because of their ratings in the financial record, there are provisions of bad credit loans.

These finances are uniquely designed for these people who have poor financial ratings. They offer you money irrespective of your credit turf. And, this money is available in all the regular packs, like secured and unsecured both.

In the secured options you can have the money against the security you put as an assurance that you are going to put the money back by the exact date.
The development of software products is just not possible without the conduction of tests for the purpose of quality assurance. What would be the point of releasing software products if the consuming public would just throw complaints at these? This is precisely why there is a need for software test automation. There are actually a number of methods to implement software test automation. One of these is the playback test. But before we discuss the basics on this particular type of software test automation, it is important to understand in more depth just what software test automation is really about.

Software engineers actually make use of a number of testing methods to perform quality assurance and quality control. Automated testing involves methods that do not really require any action or intervention from humans. As the name suggests, automated testing involves the process of automation.

What happens here is that a manual testing procedure is automated. Test automation enlists the use of particular software so that the execution of tests is controlled. Aside from control being exerted on the execution of tests, the pre-conditions needed for the test would also be set up. From there, the actual outcomes of the tests would then be compared to the predicted outcomes that have been set prior to the execution of the tests themselves.

There are various test automation tools the market right now, and all of these let testers try out their codes in significantly less time. What is even greater about these tools is that they provide what is known as a record and playback feature. With this feature, testers can record whatever actions that occur and then replay them for a certain number of times, just so the codes can be tested more thoroughly. Repeated playback is done so that the testing process is carried out as many times as needed.

A file is actually created to record the various keystrokes made by the end user, and this information is coupled with timing information as well. Because there are various keystrokes made, then separate files are created accordingly. Once you have these keystrokes saved in your file, you can then use this particular file against an application, to test it out. A log file is created every time you test a file, which is then analyzed to determine if the performance of the application is correct or not. The great thing about record and playback is the fact that it makes the whole testing process a lot faster. Since you already have a recording of the testing steps, then all you have to do is repeat the whole process accordingly. This speeds up the whole testing procedure quite significantly.

Pretty easy, right? However, just like anything else in this world, there are also drawbacks that come with the method of the record and playback test. In fact, this test just would not fit quite right in the real-world setting. This is because changes to the application are actually made at regular intervals. Thus, this method would only work very well in simple settings or situations. But if you compare this method to other automation testing procedures and tools, you would definitely see how limited record and playback could be.
